How we work
We sell directly to consumers online. Everything we offer is digital and delivered instantly: we do not sell physical goods.
Revenue comes from one-time purchases of virtual credit packs (Lumens) in our games and, when a digital tool is for sale, from one-time purchases. There is no recurring charge.
Virtual credits and items can be used only inside the corresponding app. They are not redeemable for money, physical goods, or cash prizes.
Customers are mainly in Brazil. Payments processed by Stripe. Refund and support requests are handled by email.
On Lumina, Lumens are sold as one-time packs, with no recurring charge. They have no redemption value.
